Who We Are: We are an ALC Community.  We firmly believe that Self-Directed Learning is a way of life, which is not separated from an educational center and the home.  It is precisely at home and we are the parents who facilitate the processes of the children, with love, respect, freedom, etc. creating appropriate environments that allow them to make internal connections and thus acquire all the learning that each one requires.  We are a community of children, parents and facilitators in which we all learn constantly, grow, make mistakes and continue. We make decisions as a community and move forward together. We use the tools of Agile Learning to be more dynamic, effective in meetings, to make decisions and to organize ourselves. There is no family that leads and makes decisions.
